Book of the Month began in 1920, that’s right, it’s old! With a logo which paid homage to the brand’s history, BOTM wanted to ensure their branding demonstrated their modern approach to a classic business.

As Creative Lead at Book of the Month I was tasked with elevating the brand with an approachable and tech-forward identity. I created brand guidelines, an illustration library, and animation approach to welcome BOTM into the present.

No two readers are the same. To celebrate that difference I created the Book of the Month illustrated customers, each styled after one of the many different kinds of avid readers who loved the brand.

As Book of the Month developed their audiobooks offerings the brand team wanted to delight for listeners with a secret new feature. I created and directed the launch of animated covers for the Book of Month audio app.
